Cancellation Policy

Advanced Medical Care Center will be charging a service charge for all appointments that are NOT cancelled 24 hours in advance. Understand that if you fail to call and cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a service fee.

Depending on the type of appointment you schedule, the fee can range from $50.00 to $100.00.

​

If you schedule for any of the following types of appointments and do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $100.00 service fee due to these types of appointments needing a larger time slot to accommodate your needs. 

​

• Physicals (annual, school or sports physicals)

• Women speciality physicals/Pap smears

• Pre-op clearances for surgery
   

All other appointment types will be subject to a $50.00 fee if not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
